The Company

Concept Building Solutions is a building business specialising in the design & construction of decks, patios and extensions. Backed by over 40 years experience in this industry we provide building solutions for homeowners through out Brisbane.

The materials

We choose to use only the best quality materials available in South East Queensland today. Our timber is select grade cut from minimum shrinkage and high durability timber species. We will not cut costs by cutting corners with inferior products. I you visit any of our completed jobs you will appreciate the quality of the materials used and that the same material quality will be the same used on your project.

The Builders

Your builders will be trade qualified carpenters employed by us on a full time salaried basis. This overcomes the issues of reliability and quality often experienced with sub-contact labour. A site supervisor is appointed to each job to oversee the standards and to liaise with the homeowner.

Overall

Overall you will receive a level of service, quality of materials and standard of workmanship that is rarely available today. This is backed by our uncompromising guarantee… “If you are not 100% satisfied with what we do for you we will remove it and refund your money”. We have great faith in our capacity to make your over all experience a pleasant one and look forward to being able to assist you with your particular project.
